About the place

The room is in the heart of Rivierenwijk in a renovated two floor apartment, close to cafes right on the canal. Groceries stores and train and bus station are all close by, and the center is just 10 minutes away by bike. 
While the living room is cozy, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (New Fridge/Freezer and over; dishwasher, microwave, hot plates and water boiler), a balcony and 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor). The common spaces come furnished and include a washing machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 
A small outside storage and balcony are available, and during nice summer days it is nice to sit outside.  
The spacious bedroom comes fully furnished (Bed, dresser, closet, small desk) and has a small sink.
