About the place

Hi! From April, two rooms in our house will become available. 
The house is located very close to the Overvecht shopping center, and is quite spacious (100 squared meters in total, consisting of a modern and functional kitchen, a very large living room, 3 bedrooms, shared bathroom divided into the shower and toilet parts, a balcony accessible via one of the rooms and a small depo at the base of the building where we can store bikes and unused stuff.) 
A bus stop is at 50 meters away, where bus number 6 passes by (both directions, Science park and Central Station.) 
More commodities include a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in a small cabinet next to the entrance corridor. 
Currently there is only one tenant, me, and I'm currently looking for 2 people to fill the other 2 rooms, one is available already, the other one will become free from the 1st of May. 
I won't accept "confirmations" for the rooms, if you want it, we will arrange a viewing, and if it suits your needs, I will leave you the keys straight away following the pay of the deposit, without further delays due to previous issues.
