About the place

Hi! From December, a room in our house will become available. 
The house is located very close to the Overvecht shopping center, and is quite spacious (100 squared meters in total, consisting of a modern and functional kitchen, a very large living room, 3 bedrooms, shared bathroom divided into the shower and toilet parts, a balcony accessible via one of the rooms and a small depo at the base of the building where we can store bikes and unused stuff.)  
The house is shared with other 2 people, both Italian.
A bus stop is at 50 meters away, where bus number 6 passes by (both directions, Science park and Central Station.) 
More commodities include a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in a small next to the entrance corridor. 
We would prefer students as tenants
