About the place

I have an available room to share in a house, located in North Transwijk. It is about 12 minutes walk from Utrecht Train Station and close to the motorway, bus and tram stops.

The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a garden and a storage room.

You will be sharing with a me, I am an engineer working offshore, so you have the whole place to yourself most of the year. 

The house would suit a quiet, tidy and responsible person, working or a student.

The house is available immediately, rent is 1000 euros/months plus bills that are shared between two
