Unfurnished Room available in Utrecht Overvecht for rent 1000pm exclusive. Your housemate will be me, Shradha (F, 24).
Deposit is 1995eur.
Utilities come up to 200eur a month and are shared. 

House has a garden, driveway, bathroom with shower and bathtub, utilities room for laundry etc, bike shed.

Move in asap and can be flexible (sometime in June/July)
