About the place

Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to sublet one room in our rented house. The room is also available for a shorter time from the indicated period, for a maximum of 6 months. 

The city center and Utrecht Centraal are only 10 minutes cycling away, Wilhelminapark is a 5-minute walk, and supermarkets are also a short walk away. The room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe, and you will be sharing the house with us. We share a shower, toilet, kitchen, living room (with TV), and a small courtyard. Monthly gas & electricity, and wifi costs are included.        

I am 28 years old, Brazilian, and I work in Amsterdam as an environmental specialist. Edoardo is also 28 years old, Italian, graduated at TU Delft in Engineering, and works as a Business Analyst in Amsterdam. We like being social and spending time with friends, but there is also plenty of space to do your own thing. A few examples of the things we like to do (and you are welcomed to join us) are having dinner, playing games in the living room, going for a swim, bouldering or other sporty activities, having picnics in the park, and going to techno festivals and parties. We also appreciate cleanliness, and would like to have a cleaning schedule to make things easier.
