About the place

Hello everybody.  Before you read this post, please be aware that I am subletting the house for 2 months only. No registration possible.

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to sublet one room in our cozy house in Utrecht. The city center and Utrecht Centraal are only 10 minutes cycling away, Wilhelminapark is a 5-minute walk, and supermarkets are also a short walk away. The house comes with everything. Wifi costs are included, while gas & electricity, should be around 50€ more based on your usage (there is the app of the energy provider showing the consumptions).
