About the place

Hello everybody.  Before you read this post, please be aware that I am subletting the house for 3 weeks only.

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to sublet one room in our cozy house in Utrecht. The city center and Utrecht Centraal are only 10 minutes cycling away, Wilhelminapark is a 5-minute walk, and supermarkets are also a short walk away. The house comes with everything. In the house there is a female student who is rarely home, and not using the common spaces. Wifi costs are included, while gas & electricity, are taken from the deposit determined based on your usage (there is the app of the energy provider showing the consumptions). I will probably around €50 - 100 extra.
