About the place

Dear room seeker,

From the first of November I am looking for someone to share my great apartment with. You will get a nice room with a built in wardrobe (other furniture optional) and a lovely kitchen diner with everything you could possibly need. You will also have access to the large living room, the bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub.

The apartment has unobstructed views at the front and back with a lovely south-facing balcony. It’s located directly above a little shopping center. Has a bus stop in front, the tram is close, free parking and within 15 minutes cycling you are in the city centre.

You wil be living with me: Ceciel, 28 years old. I am finishing my thesis for my study entrepreneurship and retail management.  I am a social butterfly, enjoy a good board or card game and am quite a good cook if I say so myself. I also coach a woman’s basketball team.

The room is for rent from the first of November. The rent is €700 including utilities, internet and everything else.
