Two spacious rooms in a quiet but convivial house. For 800 euros per month, you get your own living/dining room on the ground floor (about 28m2) and a bedroom on the first floor (about 16m2). Shared are a kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor. The house has a nice garden with a terrace and is located on a quiet street in a green area. A supermarket, park, and natural/recreational area are within walking distance. The city centre of Utrecht can be reached within 20 minutes by bike or bus. We are two 26-year-olds who love nature walks and theatre. Without obligation, we enjoy having an occasional dinner or cup of tea together. Interested?
