About the place

Dear room seekers,

On October 15, a room with a balcony will become available for 1.5 months (with the possibility of extending for another month). In addition to the room, you will share a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage room with one housemate (male, 26 years old). The room will be furnished with a single bed and already has a built-in closet. You are also free to bring your own bed or other furniture. In consultation with the housemate, you may also place belongings in the shared spaces. Please note that not all of the previous tenant’s furniture will remain in the apartment once the rental starts.

The apartment is quiet and tidy, located near the Nova shopping center, Transwijk park, and about 10 minutes by bike or tram from the city center.

Rent must be paid in one installment at the start of the rental period. This includes gas, water, electricity, internet, heating, VVE fees, and municipal taxes. No deposit is required.

We will have a viewing evening on Wednesday, October 1, where you can see the apartment and meet the housemate. If Wednesday doesn’t work, Thursday evening is an alternative option. If there’s enough interest, we will also hold the viewing then. Please write a fun introduction about yourself and let us know if you can attend the viewing.
