About the place

We offer our spare and spacious room in our family home. It is a 10 minutes walk from our place to the centre of Utrecht.  

We are a family with 3 joyful, young girls and internationally oriented.

We hope to give someone a nice place with a home feeling. Therefore we believe it is important to reach good agreements together. 

We are looking for a tenant who does not smoke inside and who likes to keep the parties outside.
