About the place

Hello,
my name is Lucija and I am an international student at Utrecht University. I will go home during the summer and i am looking for someone to rent out my room to from 27.6.2025 till the beggining of September 2025 (I don’t know the exact date yet, but around 5.9.2025). 
Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 1 person, my roommate. She is super nice, but she will go home too and therefore be gone for the most part of the summer.
The apartment is 1,5 km from Utrecht Centraal. It is located on Laan van Nieuw Guinea, Utrecht. It is 2 min walking distance from a small shopping area and a library.
The room is 3,5 m x 3,8 m and furnished.
Suitable for students or young professionals. Not suitable for smokers or pets.
Price (860€) is including service costs and utilities.
