About the place

Room available starting 1st of August in a spacious house overlooking Wilheminapark.

Our housemate is leaving, so we’re looking for someone new! The house has a large living room (about 60m²) with a lounge area, study nook, fireplace, spacious dining table, bar, open kitchen with a dishwasher, balcony, and large windows overlooking Wilhelminapark. There’s a separate toilet in the hallway. On the top floor, we each have our own bedroom and share a bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, double sink, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.

About the room
The room is about 20m², located at the front of the house, and features a wooden floor and built-in wardrobes along an entire wall. The rent is currently €943,5, including utilities (G/W/E), municipal taxes, and the use of all major household appliances.

About us
You’ll be living with two working female housemates:

Meghan (29) is a PhD candidate at the UU in Human Geography and Spatial Planning. She plays football, loves to cook dinner for her friends, and is learning Dutch (she is Canadian)!

Mirte (30) works as a motion graphic designer at an agency in the heart of Utrecht, has recently discovered woodworking, and enjoys bouldering in her free time.

We live in a quiet, clean, and queer-friendly household where we respect each other's space and value a peaceful environment. After a long day of work, we use the space to wind down and recharge. We're looking for a housemate who shares the same values, has a similar routine and fits in well with us. :)
