About the place

Hello everyone, I'm traveling for a while thus I will rent out my place. A cozy room near by Utrecht center. 
location: 10min walk to Urecht Center station and Central Mall, 3min bus station, 3min to AH
facility: an inflatable bed, tables, chairs, refrigerator, lights and a sink.
period: two months (extension can be discussed) starting from 15th Jan till 15th March
registration is impossible.
rent including gas/water/heating/internet.
deposit is one month's rent.
