I am a 37-year-old single man who has always lived with friends but unfortunately the last single friend is now in a relationship and that is why I am looking for a new roommate.

I am looking for a male roommate who works and preferably is in his 30s. I would like to keep the house quiet and clean so parties and alcohol/drugs can be looked for in the city but not at home. I also think it is important that you are single, otherwise I will have another roommate :)

I like working out at the gym around the corner, gaming, watching movies and throwing lan parties with friends to play games together I'm also training to become a hacker. It would be nice if you like these things too but of course it is not a requirement.

This is a large and luxurious apartment in the Utrecht Leidsche Rijn/Terwijde district. You not only rent a room but can also use all the toys that the apartment has to offer. These include two custom gaming PCs with 34 inch ultra wide screens, gigabit ethernet both wired and wifi, a NAS with a large film collection that you can stream on all devices in the house, a 200 inch projector screen and projector in the living room on which all games can be streamed from the PC and all movies from the NAS, Nintendo Switch and Xbox360, Nvidia Shield Pro, 65 inch 4k television, 3 electric skateboards that can reach 50 km per hour, a private patio on the top floor of the building with artificial grass and a hammock.

The apartment is a penthouse and is excellently insulated. There is only 1 adjacent neighbour, so the sound from the soundbar can be loud without complaints from neighbours. There is a private parking space in the garage on the ground floor where a car can be parked and bicycles can be placed. The garage gate can be opened with a remote control. There is also a private storage room on the ground floor. Furthermore, parking is free in the entire neighbourhood and there is always enough space.

Public transport connections are excellent. Train station Leidsche Rijn and Terwijde are only 5 minutes away by bicycle and the freeway A12/A2 can be reached within 10 minutes. 

Unfortunately, registration is not possible. It concerns a spacious room of approximately 20m2.

But as you have read, you get much more than just a room. If you can find yourself in the above description, please respond so that we can schedule an introduction. The price is fixed so negotiating is not appreciated. It is important to me that we get along well so I might ask you to come back for a second interview or maybe do something a bit more relaxed like going into town for a night to get to know each other.
