This cozy room (delivered unfurnished) comfortably accommodates a double bed and a small cupboard. Let your creativity flow and transform the room into your own personal space. We share the kitchen and bathroom.

Please, no parties or loud noises, as the downstairs neighbor appreciates some peace and quiet ☺️

Note: This room is exclusively for male tenants. Because I am part of the LGBTQ+ community 🌈, I feel more comfortable having only men in my house. You don't have to be gay yourself, but you should be comfortable with it.
