We are looking for a clean, quiet, and social tenant. Whether you're a student or a working professional, you are more than welcome. Smoking inside not allowed. Please note that the property is going up for sale, the lease is expected to end in April 2025. Please be aware that the lease can end with a one-month notice period when the house is sold early.

Costs:
- Basic rent: €964
- Gas/water/electricity: €200. Based on actual usage; any unused amount will be refunded (for reference, January/February 2024 was around €200, March/April around €150).
- Cleaning service: €30 per visit
- Municipal taxes (sewage, etc.): €90 per month
- Internet: €25

Total: €1309 per month
The security deposit is equal to the first month's rent, also €1309.
