The apartment is a 7-minute bike ride away from Utrecht Central Station, a 30-second walk away from a bus stop and a 30-second walk away from a supermarket.


The apartment consists of a hall with coat rack and a kitchen with induction hob, crockery, pans, cutlery, Senseo, kettle, grill, vacuum cleaner and built-in cupboard with hanging area and combi microwave. The front room has a sofa, chair, dining table, chairs, book and chest of drawers and sink. The back room has a built-in bed, cupboard, table with desk chair. The shower and toilet on the first floor are shared
