About the place

Hey everyone, in my flat there will be a room available from November 1st for a couple. The room is 1800€ p/m, including electricity, gas, water, and heating. Internet is paid through a shared contract and is 12€ p/m. The flat has also a washer and dryer included! Registration possible from 1st November 

The room is the master bedroom of the flat, approx. 12 sq meters and with a ton of built in storage. Direct access to a shared balcony with two other roommates, as well as a shared balcony in the front, shared kitchen, salon, dining room, and bathroom. The shared space of the flat are huge and has lots of beautiful sunlight during the day 🙂 There are no upstairs neighbors, so the house is quiet. 

About us: we are two roommates living in the other rooms of the house, Samuel and Siyana, both working full time and recently graduated from our masters. We are both social people and enjoy having guests and spending time with housemates, but also very happy to have independent space, so we are looking for people who feel the same and like to keep a shared flat clean! 
About you: couples only please as the lease is for 4 people and the room is shared. Sorry, no students- working people only, 0 hour contract is OK with proof of income. You can move in November 1st, with a one year contract that is renewable per year.
