In this spacious and well-maintained apartment (158 m²) with a patio, rooms are becoming available, and I’m looking for housemates who appreciate a clean, comfortable, and social living environment. The apartment features a large living/dining area, four spacious bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—and all the necessary amenities.

The location is ideal: within walking distance of the Vecht River, a 5-minute bike ride to the city center and Utrecht Central Station, and close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. You can also enjoy great running and walking routes along the Vecht.

I’m starting my first year as a student and looking for housemates who are relaxed, social, and respectful.
