The apartment is well maintained and all current housemates are female. We are looking for someone who appreciates a calm, friendly household and treats both the home and fellow residents with respect.

🛋️ Room & Facilities
You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with the other tenants. Internet (WiFi) is available and included in the rent.

The rent is €725 per month, all-inclusive:

👩‍🎓 Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a tidy, quiet student (m/f) who is seriously enrolled in an MBO, HBO, or university program. Proof of enrollment is required. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Registration with the municipality is possible.

We prefer a mature and flexible person who uses energy responsibly and is mindful of shared facilities.
