Are you a serious student looking for a comfortable, centrally located room in Utrecht? Then this room might be perfect for you! This furnished room is available from 1 December 2025 and ideal for a calm student who takes their studies seriously and wants to live independently.

📍 Prime location
The room is on a quiet street, with shops and nice cafés nearby. Public transport stops practically at the door, so you can get to the university or city centre quickly and easily.

Home & atmosphere
The house is well maintained and the current housemates are all women. We’re looking for someone who feels comfortable in a calm, friendly household and treats the home and housemates with respect.

Room & amenities
You’ll share the other facilities (kitchen, bathroom and toilet) with the housemates. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available and included in the rent.

💶 Rent & terms
The rent is €590 per month, all-in, including:
• Gas, water and electricity
• Wi-Fi
• Municipal taxes
• Use of furniture

A deposit of two months’ rent applies.

Who are we looking for?
A tidy, calm student (m/f) who is serious about their MBO, HBO or university studies. Proof of enrolment is required. No smoking and no pets. Registration with the municipality is possible. We prefer a mature, flexible person who uses energy responsibly and is mindful of shared facilities.
