The shopping center of the district, within walking distance, provides an extensive range of shops for daily shopping. The studio (incl. kitchen, bathroom, toilet). For an additional payment of 25 per month there is a private washing machine available. It is furnished. It is not allowed to smoke in the house and keep pets. We are looking for a quiet neat tenant (good cleaning is a must). The studio can be viewed by appointment.
