About the place

Sublet in Utrecht Lunetten! For the entire months of March and April 2025 I am renting out my room (~17 m2) in our house in Lunetten for €399 per month. The room has large windows, a bed, desk, wardrobe, fridge, sink and several cupboards and shelves for your belongings. Our house is located in a green neighbourhood and your view will be of the trees in our front garden. You share the kitchen and bathroom with three housemates. One of the housemates also has two rabbits and a dog :) I prefer to leave my plants behind, so let me know if you want to water them regularly.
