About the place

Dear room seekers,

From January 3rd until March 2nd, my room will be available for sublet. Since I’ll be traveling for two months during that time, the room would otherwise remain empty – so this might be a nice temporary option for you.

The room is 10m², fully furnished, and equipped with everything you need. You’ll be living together with Alex, a friendly and tidy 27-year-old male housemate. Together you’ll share a 75m² apartment (kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, and a lovely balcony). The apartment is located in the north of Utrecht, right next to a nature reserve that’s great for walks, and directly above a small shopping center. You can bike to the city center in just over 10 minutes, and Utrecht Overvecht station is only an 8-minute walk away.
I’m looking for a reliable subtenant aged 23+ who is either a young professional or finishing their studies. It’s important that you treat the room with care and also contribute to the daily household tasks. The rent is €795 per month, including service costs.
