About the place

Hi!

At the end of March, a 10m² room will become available in my home. It’s a warm and cozy place, equipped with all conveniences. You’ll be living above a shopping center, which is ideal for your daily groceries. Additionally, there's a beautiful nature reserve just a three-minute walk away, perfect for a nice stroll.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me (Timo) under the hospita arrangement. A little about myself: I’m 27 years old, work full-time, and in my free time, I enjoy sports (sailing, mountain biking, and fitness) and cooking. We can discuss the rest during a meet-up!

I’m looking for a calm housemate who values a tidy and clean home. I’d love it if you’re not out every night but also enjoy spending time at home—maybe to cook together, watch a movie, work out, or go for a walk.
