A spacious room is available on Eisenhowerlaan, Utrecht, until February with a possibility of extension depending on the landlord. 
The room is around 18m2 which comes with the large mirrored wardrobe you see in the pictures. The room has large windows and plenty of space for a working from home set up if needed. 
The flat will be shared with two roommates, one dutch man and one french man, both working between 27-30 years old. The flat is spread across two floors with the kitchen / living room downstairs and the toilet and bedroom upstairs. 
We are looking for a working person who is able to move in very soon!
The rent is 800€ + 100€ fixed bills, this will never fluctuate. 
The room is listed as temporary as the landlord has suggested he may live back in this property after February, but this is not guaranteed , so for now it is temporary with a possibility of extension.
The viewings will be scheduled on Monday 18th August and Wednesday 20th August, so do not reply if you cannot make either of these.
