About the place

Because I am abroad for a longer period of time, I am looking for a tenant for my room. Furthermore, you only need to bring your laptop and your clothes, all necessities that belong in a normal household are made available. This space is for single use. Visitors are always allowed, as long as they do not live in. It is my own apartment, where I live with two housemates. Both gentlemen are working and in their 30s. The rent includes all possible costs. There are rules regarding noise and keeping the apartment clean.
