About the place

A room will be available in a beautiful new corner house in Zuilen-Utrecht. 

The house has three spacious bedrooms: 2 on the first floor (named room 1 and 2 on the map) and 1 on the second floor (named room 3).

Room 3, the largest room, is available for rent from 1st of October.

The house has an energy label A +++ and is energy neutral with 24 solar panels. On all floors it has underfloor heating, a front and back garden and a spacious shed to store the bikes and extra boxes.

The house is a 2 -minute walk from the Rokade shopping center, 6 minutes cycling distance to Station Zuilen and 14 minutes cycling distance to Utrecht Central Station.
