About the place

A room will be available in a beautiful new corner house in Zuilen-Utrecht. 

The house is newly build with three spacious bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor) of which room 3 (see map) is available from coming 1st of July.

The house has an energy label A +++ and is energy neutral with 24 solar panels. On all floors it has underfloor heating, a front and back garden and a spacious shed to store the bikes and extra boxes.

The house is a 2 -minute walk from the Rokade shopping center, 6 minutes cycling distance to Station Zuilen and 14 minutes cycling distance to Utrecht Central Station.
