A room in a two-bedroom apartment near Wilhelminapark.

Location: 
The apartment sits in a lively shopping district, yet remains just a few minutes’ stroll from the leafy paths of Wilhelminapark. You’ll enjoy the convenience of nearby cafés, markets, and bus connections, while still having green space on your doorstep.

Layout: 
Upon entering, you step into a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen (7.5 × 4.5 m), fitted with a modern oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. Off this space is the first bedroom (4.25 × 4.5 m), which benefits from generous natural light. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a second bedroom (4 × 5 m) and a versatile storeroom (4 × 3 m). The highlight is the master suite, complete with its own toilet, sink, shower cubicle and bathtub.

You will be sharing the apartment with a startup founder (an international living in Utrecht for last 10 years) who holds a PhD from Utrecht University and currently works in Amsterdam. To maintain a positive, harmonious atmosphere, we’re looking for someone who speaks fluent English, primarily prepares vegetarian meals (eggs are fine), keeps shared areas organized and clean, and approaches household responsibilities with flexibility and clear communication.
