About the place

Available for sublet (with the possibility of extension or a permanent contract): a bright, comfortable room in a modern apartment (2 years old, energy label A) located in Wittevrouwen – one of the most beautiful and charming neighbourhoods in Utrecht.

The apartment is fully equipped with floor heating, double glazing, a rain shower, balconies at the front and back, and even a home cinema setup.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a calm and friendly housemate in their late 20s who works full-time. We’re preferably looking for someone around the same age, also working, and with a similar lifestyle and rhythm.

Great location: right next to Griftpark and just a 5-minute walk from the city center. The neighbourhood is peaceful yet lively, with cozy cafés and shops just around the corner.
