About the place

Dear house seekers in Utrecht,

Starting April 1st, a room will become available in our apartment in Utrecht for at least one year! The room is approximately 9 m² and costs around €700 excluding utilities. The apartment includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a rooftop terrace.

I'm looking for a male or female around 26 years old who is working.

The apartment is located on Bataviastraat in Lombok. A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, taking you to Utrecht Central Station. By bike, it's about a 10-minute ride to the city center. Supermarkets like Nettorama and Aldi, along with other useful shops, are within walking distance.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me, Basile. I'm 26 and studied Biomedical Technology in Enschede. Last year, I moved to Utrecht for my job at an engineering firm. I enjoy having meals together or doing activities with housemates. In my free time, I like meeting up with friends and watching sports on TV.
