Dear House Seekers in Utrecht,

From the first of April a room in an apartment in Utrecht will be available for at least one year! The room is approximately 9 m² and costs around €700 per month, excluding utilities. The apartment includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a rooftop terrace.

I’m looking for a male or female housemate around the age of 26 who has finished his study.

The apartment is located in the Bataviastraat in Lombok. There’s a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away that brings you to Utrecht Central Station. By bike, it’s about 10 minutes to the Central station. Supermarkets like Nettorama and Aldi, along with other practical stores, are within walking distance.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me (Basile). I’m 26, studied Biomedical Engineering in Enschede, and moved to Utrecht last year for my job at an engineering firm. I enjoy cooking and doing activities together. I also like meeting up with friends and watching sports on TV.
