About the place

Hey! I’m looking for a housemate starting from the beginning of November.

The apartment is on the 10th floor with elevator access and offers a beautiful panoramic view over Utrecht. It’s unfurnished at the moment, as I haven’t moved in yet either — so we can set it up together from scratch.

Location
The apartment is near Vasco da Gamalaan and the Nova shopping center, with plenty of free parking right outside. The city center is about 10 minutes away by bike, and public transport connections are excellent.

The Room / Apartment
You will have your own private bedroom in a spacious 104 m² apartment with three bedrooms, a large living room, and a wrap-around balcony facing south and west. It’s bright, quiet, and has lots of space.

Rent
€1,175 per month + utilities (€75–100).

About Me
I’m 24 and work in Amsterdam, so I commute daily. I’m active and enjoy tennis, football, running, and occasionally bouldering or hiking. I appreciate a clean and relaxed home environment and would like to live with someone who is easy-going, respectful, and open to cooking or hanging out together from time to time. Nationality isn’t important to me.
