About the place

Hey! I’m looking for a housemate from the beginning of November.
The apartment is on the 10th floor with elevator access and has an amazing view over Utrecht. It’s unfurnished as I haven’t moved in yet either, so we can set it up together from scratch.

Location: Close to Vasco da Gamalaan and Nova shopping center, with plenty of free parking right outside. The city center is just 10 minutes by bike, and there’s easy access to public transport.
The room: 10m2 private bedroom in a spacious 104m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms, large living room, and a balcony wrapping around the south and west sides.

Rent: €1,100/month + utilities (around €75-100)

About me: I’m 24 and work in Amsterdam, so I commute daily. I love sports - tennis, football, running, occasionally bouldering or hiking. I’m looking for someone easy-going who enjoys cooking together sometimes and keeping the place tidy. Nationality doesn’t matter to me at all!
