About the place

Attic floor with private washbasin and plenty of light in a quiet  neighbourhood. Currently being prepared for occupancy. This includes moving in extra furniture, finishing the painting, and installing carpet. 

If you speak Russian, you stand a better chance; the owner is currently learning Russian.

Due to costs—the attic is being renovated and additionally furnished for the rental—it is preferred that you pay the first three months in one term. When you react, inform the landlord if that is possible.  

Direct bus connection to Utrecht Science Park, bus stop a 3-minute walk away.
