I'm looking for a friendly female flatmate (30+, working professional) to share a beautiful, bright apartment with me. The apartment was fully renovated in 2022, so everything is modern and fresh. It has a lovely, light-filled living room (~22m²), a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms (you'll have one of them – approx. 5x2m), a sunny balcony (~1x4m), and a small third room used as a home office – perfect for working from home. 💻🌞
The apartment is in a fantastic location: just 10 minutes by bike from the city center and Utrecht Central Station. Several shops like Lidl, Plus, Kruidvat, and HEMA are just a 2-minute walk away.
Rent is approx. €925/month incl. utilities (gas/water/electricity), internet, and service costs. (This already includes the July 2025 rent increase.) The apartment is fully furnished.
About me
I'm 31, have been living in Utrecht for over 8 years, and have worked in sustainability consultancy for about 4 years. I’m currently on a short work break, spending my weekdays quietly with yoga 🧘‍♀️, coaching, enjoying the sun on the balcony 🌞, and sometimes cooking dinner with friends, having a good conversation, or watching a movie or reading on the couch 📚🎬.
I love traveling, discovering new places, hiking/nature, psychology & personal development (including coaching), and I’m usually involved in some creative side project. I'd love to share the apartment with someone who has a similar lifestyle and rhythm. I’m social but more introverted than extroverted, and I appreciate a peaceful home – especially in the evenings – while still leaving room for spontaneous connection. 😊
Who I’m looking for
Someone around 30, working, and in a similar phase of life: independent, tidy, and someone who values a calm, clean living space. Since we’ll be sharing several spaces, it’s really important that we click and can live together in a relaxed, friendly way.
