Beautiful room with both a front and back garden, located in a quiet street.
A fridge, microwave, oven, and electric stove are already available in the house. However, tenants are responsible for their own kitchen appliances.

The room is well-maintained and, in addition to the modern kitchen and the spacious sunny back garden, there is a large storage area (across the entire width of the garden). In this space you will find a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchenette with water and electricity connections. This area is usually used as a shared living room.

The sunny garden is a wonderful place to relax!

Overvecht Station and the Arnodreef shopping center are within walking distance (or 1 minute by bike). Utrecht Science Park is a 20-minute bike ride away.
Overvecht’s large shopping center is no more than 5 minutes by bike, as are the neighborhoods Tuinwijk, Tuindorp, and Wittevrouwen with the Griftpark.
Parking in front of the house is free, and public transport connections are excellent.

In short, an ideal room for students.

Overvecht is the greenest district of Utrecht, with many city parks. The neighborhood is currently undergoing major renovations, making it a trendy area for students.
