completely renovated with several services in an apartment with 5 rooms.

The room has its own kitchen and there is an extra common kitchen, where you can cook freely with your housemates.

There are two common toilets to use.

Also there is a spacious common balcony on the top floor with a wide view.

The room is located at the Amsterdamsestraatweg, nearby the sparkling Centre of Utrecht.

In our street you will find cozy shops, supermarkets, several diner rooms, and you are just 10 minutes away from the Centre and the Central Station of Utrecht.

The bus stop is very close to the apartment and to go from Utrecht to Amsterdam CS takes only 26 minutes.

There are international students living in the apartment at the moment and therefor we would like to rent the room to an international student.
