About the place

Hi everybody! 

A room will soon be available, it’s for 1 person. Located in Watervogelenbuurt, bus and trainstation Vaartscherijn at the corner. The shopping area is just a couple of blocks away (Twijnstraat/ Ledig Erf). Also some great green areas to the north for walking, running and/or biking. You can move in from • 1 feb-15 july 2025!
The room is sublet
Located near Utrecht city centre, between Ledig Erf and train station Vaartscherijn. 
The house is fully furnished in a modern style. It is located at the ground floor.The garden offers you a nice option to relax. My place is for non-smoking. Please note that smoking is not allowed (also not in the garden). To enter the room you need to cross the garden.
Grocery store, bus stop, snack bar, cafe, restaurant, bakery within walking distance.

• The location of my house is ideal if you would like to access the city centre quickly but also to catch the train.

• The closest train/ bus stop Utrecht Vaartscherijn and is a 3-minute walk away.
AVAILABILITY
• My place is available from 1 feb-15 july.
• 900,- month
• Price is all inclusive (no extra charge for water, gas, electricity, wifi, garbage, municipality taxes).
• A security deposit of 1 month/ the room is for 1 person!

VIEWINGS
• Viewings are possible online and in person as well, based on appointments
• There will be no “group viewings”, one person at a time
