Room Available – Adriaen van Ostadelaan , Utrecht

I’m moving out of my room in a 3-bedroom apartment in Utrecht and I’m looking for someone to move in starting in June (the move-in date can be arranged with me).

📌 Main details:
Monthly rent: 750€
Utilities (water, electricity, internet, etc.): 40~ euros
Available until: 30 September 2025

Included furniture:
a) Bed frame + mattress
b) TV
c) 2 cabinets
d) Clothes dryer
(The mattress is not for sale. The rest of the items can be negotiated for purchase – price to be agreed.)

👉 Deposit: one month rent

📝 Important conditions:
- You’ll be sharing the apartment with two Portuguese girls (Sofia and Catarina), who are still looking for a new place and will stay until they find an alternative.
- When Catarina and Sofia leave (they will move out together), you’ll have two options:
1) Move out as well, ending your stay.
2) Stay until the end of the contract (30 September 2025), which means finding 2 people to take over the other two rooms.
