Hello, I am looking for a subtenant for my room. The room is available from mid-October 2025 until February 28, 2026 (possibly extended).

I prefer a female subtenant, but men are also welcome. International or Dutch speakers are not allowed. Pets and parties are not allowed in the room.

The room has its own kitchen, but you share the two bathrooms and two toilets with your housemates. This is a student house, but there are also working people living here. There are no social obligations in the house. Your housemates are friendly, but everyone does their own thing. So you'll have plenty of privacy in this house. A 3-minute walk from Central Station and the shopping street, the location is ideal. The room itself is around 20m², but the high ceiling makes it feel more spacious.
