Roommate wanted! 
(18-24 preferably studying at the university) 

Viewing evening somewhere in January 

In the house which is located on the CAMPUS of the Tilburg University there are a few rooms available, ideal location if you, like me, don't like getting up early!! 

All prices listed below include g/w/l, fast wifi and the use of the (brand new) washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances etc!

The room is 12 square meters and also has a walk-in closet. This room is located on the first floor. There is a bed, bedside tables and a desk that you can take over for free. The rent is 500 euros per month. 

The house has a large communal space. This also makes it possible to find your own place here. The shared ground floor consists of a large living room, kitchen, covered dining area, basement with storage and a separate toilet.  Bicycles can be parked in the backyard or front yard, so plenty of space.

The ideal thing about the house is its location. 
■Tilburg uni: not
■Tilburg university station: 3 min walk
■Groceries (westermarkt): 4 min bike ride
■Center: +/- 10 min bike ride 

We currently live with three guests, 1 of whom is leaving. Everyone is mainly at home during the week and on these days we usually eat together. We also like to watch a movie/series together or play something on the Wii. Every now and then we have a drink and then go out in town. So there are no mandatory evenings or anything, but if there is time and desire we do something together. Everyone makes sure that they clean up after themselves so that there is not much housework required.
