About the place

Available from 15 September for a female student near University Tilburg.

We are looking for a (foreign) female student that likes cats, as our cat is walking freely through the house (but not in your room if you dont like it).

At walking distance from Tilburg University (10 minutes), its trainstation (1 minute), shopping centre for rent a nice room at the 2nd floor of a fully renovated house. You will share the 2nd floor with another female student.

The 2nd floor consists of a kitchen (oven, cooking hub, hood and kitchenware) and bathroom including toilet. The room is at the back, and includes a single bed, storage space, a small couch and a computer cabinet with chair. 

On the 1st floor 2 rooms are rented out. This floor has its own kitchen and bathroom including toilet.

Bedlinen and towels will be provided.

Washing machine available.

Bike can be stored in a shed.

Registering as a resident in the Tilburg municipality is possible.

The room, kitchen and bathroom needs to be cleansed by yourself! Cleaning utensils are available. There is a light duty vacuum cleaner availabe on the 2nd floor. A heavy duty vacuum cleaner is also available, but it is on the ground floor.

This place is ideal for everyone connected to Tilburg University.
