About the place

Hey to all of you! We’re three master's students. Since our housemate is moving out. We are looking for a student or worker. We wish to find a new, neat, and quiet person.

You have a study or staff room on the first floor in addition to your room on the second floor. There is a large closet in this well-lit room. The apartment is in a quiet area 15 minutes from the university campus and 20 from the city center. If you're not a bike fan, the bus stations are just 5 minutes away. But if you are, it is good to know that there is a shed where you can safely store yours. There is a big living room full of light. There is also a bathroom and a full kitchen (gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven). Rent is $617/month; utilities are not included. From the first of Jan to the last of June, a room is available. It is negotiable to extend the contract. Registry is possible.
