At the address Marie Koenenlaan, we have two student rooms available (one of 16m2 and one of 9m2). The rooms are exclusively intended for students of Tilburg University, ensuring a comfortable and study-friendly living environment. 

We are looking for a student enrolled at Tilburg University, aged between 18 and 30 years. For the 16m2 room, preference will be given to students who are 23 years or older and eligible for rent allowance, but it is not a must.

The 16m2 room is located on the ground floor and features a kitchenette and a shower cabin. Additionally, the room has a private toilet accessible via the shared hallway. 

The total rent is € 806,36 per month, which consists of a base rent of € 681,36 and an advance payment of € 125 for service costs (electricity, gas, water, internet, taxes, etc.).
The room meets the conditions for housing allowance, which can amount to a maximum of € 410 per month. This means that after deducting the housing allowance, the net rent comes to € 396,36 per month.

The student house is situated in a quiet and safe residential area near the forest. Both Tilburg University and the Paletplein shopping center can be reached within a 5-minute bike ride. The city center of Tilburg is approximately a 20-minute bike ride away.

The house consists of a total of 5 student rooms. All residents are students at Tilburg University, and the primary language spoken in the house is English.
