About the place

This furnished room / semi-studio has it’s own shower and toilet (hence semi-studio). It also has it’s own private frontdoor. The dining room (next to the room) and kitchen is shared with one other person (gen-z) and a sweet cat. But only the cat uses the dining room for maybe 10 minutes a day, on average. There is a garage for your bike and a washing machine. 
Photo’s don’t show the complete space as construction work is still ongoing.
Location: 3 minutes bike to train station Univerity, 5 minutes bike to the University. Many shops at walking distance and a walking forest as well. 
Room will be available around September 12th. 
Opportunity for renter who seek somewhat of a  privacy.
