there is a room available in Leo 13 straat. it has a living with kitchenette with fridge and freezing compartment,  bedroom,  bathroom(wshingtable/toilet and shower). there is a common kitchen nearby with a washingmachine and dryer. a patio and basement and a bicycle storage also. it is really closely. the location is great for people that want to go to a parc, to the university, the center, supermarkets, shops, station there is a market on Thursday at the Besterd. well let me know if you are interested.
